January 8, 2011Got rid of my 95 4x4 last year and have some 4`` lift coil springs in the garage that were on it. I am going to be getting same year 2wd when tax return comes in. Will the springs work on the 2wd? and if they do what shocks do i need? 4wd regular or 4wd lifted? or do they make shocks for a lifted 2wd? I know ill need extended brake lines and alignment shims and rear blocks, just looking to pick it up enough to slide some 31s under it...thanks

January 8, 2011I dont know if they will work but I am sure you can cross reference part numbers and compare the specs. that should give you an answer.
January 8, 2011the 4" coils will work, you may need the cross member drop bracket for the I beams to make the I beams sit correctly.
shocks just longer ones of your choice.
on my 1990 f-150 two wheel drive I had a rancho 4" lift
January 10, 2011where to find drop bracket for i beams? im on skyjacker website but am having no luck
January 12, 2011You can slide 31`s easily under that stock.
But like Lizard said you will need to get either extended I-beams and radius arms or if you can find just the drop down brackets. It`s a must for anything over 1.5".
I haven`t seen any places that sell the drop brackets seperate outside of a whole kit.
January 12, 2011I had 33" tires on mine with a 4" suspension lift and a 3" body lift.
I know a guy that is selling a set of R.A. brackets that are for 3" drop. do you want me to see what he wants?
January 13, 2011sure, will i be able to get away with just those or will i need the i beam drops as well?
January 13, 2011You`re going to need the I-beam drop brackets also. Needs to be 2wd ones. I tried to put 4wd drop brackets on mine years back and they wouldn`t work.
January 21, 2011if you just need the dropdown brackets you will probably need to call a Parts Company like 4WheelParts...that`s how I got my Beam Drops
